Documents

The renter must have a valid passport and a drivers license valid at least 1 year.

Required age of renter

The renter must be at least 20 years of age.

Fuel

Fuel is not included in the price of the rental.
Cars are delivered with a full tank of petrol and should be returned fully tanked.

Payment

Unles a special agreemennt has been made, payment has to be allways ab front.
We accept all cards for the payment, cash, money transfer
VISA, EUROCARD/MASTERCARD, DINERS CLUB, JCB, POLCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS*, PBK STYL.

Deposit

The deposit amount is blocked (authorized) on the renter's credit card account for the time of rental. The authorization is cancelled if the car is returned undamaged. We accept the following credit cards for the deposit: VISA, EUROCARD/MASTERCARD, DINERS CLUB, JCB, POLCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS *, PBK STYL. We also accept the deposit in cash, any major currency.

Travelling abroad

You cannot travel abroad with a rented car without special permission from a MICAR representative.

Attention

If the current car model is unavailable (for instance the previous rental was extended, the car broke down etc) MiCaR has the right to offer another car make in the same or similar class. The difference in price of the rental will be taken into account at payment.

Resignation

In case of resignation from the rental MiCaR has the right to compensation of 10% the price of the rental but not less than 200,00 zl. If the total price is over 200,00 zl then the compensation will be equal the cost of the rental
